Low Altitude Training at Iowa Hill

We have been going to Iowa Hill or the Auburn Ravine three times a month to do low altitude intensity. Today we went to Iowa Hill, just outside Colfax, CA. For a classic rollerski. We did 8-10 x 1 min, with 2 min rest, 10 min recovery and then 4 x 20-50 meter head to head sprints.
